James Durbin Jewelry Design functions both as an online jeweler as well as a brick-and-mortar fine gemstone jewelry store. Here’s some more information for you:

To provide quality jewelry and related services in an ethical business environment; provide and educate in all areas of jewelry design, production, materials, and technique; and to do business with integrity so that customers are never compromised.

Returns
Refunds are given to the original purchase acct. on any item purchased from STOCK within 30 days of purchase with receipt. 


 
Shop Online
Some online orders may not be ready for shipment in the specific gold color or stone requested.  In these cases, we will e-mail you the ship date of your handmade gemstone jewelry order.  If an item is not in stock it can usually be made with in a few days.  The jewelry found in our online shopping is hand-constructed or cast in our shop.  These pieces are made of gold, silver, or both and are original designs made by our resident metalsmiths, Roger Rimel and Janet Scherrer.  The diamonds used in our designs are G or better color and SI1 or better clarity.  The fancy-colored diamonds used are natural colored diamonds, unless otherwise stated in the description. 

Special Request
We will e-mail pictures of additional stock that is not shown in our online shop at your request.  There are many designs that are one-of-a-kind and other manufactured items that we carry in our store.  Please do not hesitate to ask if you do not see what you are looking for in our  Gallery or Online Shopping.

Shipping
In most cases, we use FedEx one or two-day service.  We, however, can also ship UPS and US mail.  All shipping expense is additional to the purchase price.
